My name is Jeanne and I am an intuitive, traditional, award-winning artist from Germany who creates vibrant, uplifting realistic real paintings and drawings that show the soul of the subject and the moment captured.
Everything and every living thing on earth is unique in itself. I love to add abstract backgrounds to support and highlight the subject's energy.
I am an autistic, self-taught artist and I have been doing my art for more than 15 years now. I am experienced in working with different art mediums like pastels, colored pencils, watercolors, and acrylics.
For animal artworks, I prefer using pastels, and human portraits I like doing with colored pencils and/or watercolors. I currently also practice my watercolor skills by painting nature artworks.
But I always let the reference image guide me in which medium to create the artwork. I love variety and am always happy to change the medium depending on the subject, so I never feel stuck in one medium and can give the artwork what it deserves.
